My research focuses on the intersection of nutrition, public health and epidemiology, with a particular focus on how dietary patterns and lifestyle factors influence long-term health. I am also very interested in risk assessment and the study of toxicological and adverse effects of foods, as well as the governance and regulation of nutrition science.
I am particularly interested in objective measurements of dietary intake and exposure at different life stages. By combining rigorous analytical and statistical methods with innovative approaches, I aim to contribute to evidence-based practice and policy development in the field.
